By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using CRS Bot ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Upon purchase, CRS Bot grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with these Terms:

  • License validity is limited to the duration selected at purchase (monthly or yearly).
  • License usage is bound to the purchase email and account identity.
  • One license permits use on one trading account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • License keys may not be shared, sold, sublicensed, leased, or transferred.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembly, and circumvention are prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain account and credential security.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and broker rules.
  • Use the software only for lawful and authorized purposes.
  • Accept full responsibility for broker, platform, and risk configuration choices.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in EUR.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • One-time purchases are charged at checkout completion.
  • Recurring subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically per billing cycle.
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details.
  • Applicable taxes (including VAT where relevant) are calculated by Stripe at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate license delivery, sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances:

  • Verified technical issues preventing core functionality as described.
  • Duplicate purchases reported within 24 hours.
  • Cases approved at CRS Bot's sole discretion.

Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with sufficient technical detail for review.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

CRS Bot and all related software, source materials, algorithms, designs, branding, and documentation are owned by CRS Bot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your license grants use rights only and does not transfer ownership.

Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies under your possession or control.

Technical support is provided via [email protected] on a best-effort basis. Response targets are typically 24-48 business hours but are not guaranteed.

11. Updates and Modifications

CRS Bot may release updates, fixes, or new versions at its discretion. Compatibility with all legacy environments, third-party platforms, or configurations is not guaranteed.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Revised terms become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CRS Bot is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution by written notice. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
